What types of projects do you clean?

We specialize in residential new construction homes, residential remodels, ADUs, property flips and light commercial projects.
We also support builders, project managers, and real estate agents preparing homes for listing or final walkthroughs.

What phases of cleaning do you offer?

We provide three standard phases: Rough Clean, Final Clean, Touch-Up Clean
Services can be scheduled individually or as a full package depending on your project timeline.

Are you insured?

Yes. GG AfterBuild Cleaners is fully insured for residential and commercial post-construction cleaning work.

Do you clean windows?

Regular interior windows are included in the Final Clean.
Large windows, glass doors, and exterior window cleaning may be included depending on scope and accessibility.

Do you remove paint, caulk, or adhesive?

We remove light paint dust and minor residue.
Heavy overspray, silicone, grout haze, or adhesive removal may require additional time and pricing.
